Partener On-line provides a consolidated view of your life insurance policy. The consolidated view contains information such as your name, contract/policy number, contract/policy type, etc. It also allows you to select contracts or policies, one at a time, to see additional detail financial information. This additional data can include premium information, policy or contract value information and investment option information. It also provides the capability:
To request detailed information through Call Back option;
To subscribe for alert messages (such as for scheduled premiums);
To subscribe for monthly bulletins on investment programs evolution programs;
To request minor changes (such address or telephone number)
Who can access information in Partener On-line?
Only owners of an ING life insurance policy can login to Partener On-line. Please note that the policy number and the personal identity code are necessary to enroll. At this time, corporate clients are able to enroll in Partener On-line by following a different procedure (see further instruction on the special form).
